Lodestar-1500 points

Pros-Rapid fire unlimted hellfire missiles.Good targeting systems.easy to control missiles once you get used to it.Can zoom in on enemys too.Hard to shootdown(out of 27 I earned 1 has been shotdown by blackhat)

Cons-Not as much firepower as VTOl,2-4 second delay in firing missiles.If your new to it hard to control missiles.

VTOl Warship-1600 Points
Pros-Rapid firepower+infinity minigun ammo.Great targeting system.Can move around the map to spawn kill the enemy.Super rapid fire rockets(by must wait to reload aprox 5sec)

Cons-Easily shotdown(1 uniquied missile can take you down since you fly so low)At 100 extra points slighty harder to obtain(1 kill can make all the difference)

Ive so far gotten 27 lodestars and 1 vtol warship,When I used my first vtol today I noticed it got shotdown very quick in demolotion,went back to theater mode and saw a single smaw knocked me out.So even thou this is a powerfull killstreak you can be shotdown pretty easy since the ship flys low


ALso can anyone post some tips on how to use the vtol effectily i noticed there are alot of different controls you can use with it.

I've never bothered with the war ship, but I love lodestar, it's amazing for spawn trapping, on hijacked I only ever use it when the team I'm again have the a flag cause u literally rape them on it can easily get 10-20 kills cause u can zoom in an fire it under the back of the ship where they tend to hide lol

Well honestly i do actually believe the loadstar is much more efficient but imean i just use both the warship and the loadstar since their only one kill away from eachother

Lodestar is waaaaaaay above the best player controlled Scorestreak. It is not OP...you must know how to use it, just that, is the same for everything.

Loadstar wins over the VTOL in every game mode but Demolition.
-Tip w/ the VTOL is to keep moving after the first 2 deaths everyone pulls there anti air class out. Switching to the opposite side of the map and immediately coming back makes the enemy think the VTOL is leaving the map.

yes ive called it about 4-6 and almost all of them get blowns up pretty easy.for a killstreak that high it should not be so easy to destroy.Lodestar is hard to shoot down only 1 or two of them have been shot down vtols are pretty simple to destroy -.-

I´ve used VTOL like 7 times and I use press L2 around the map so people can´t shut it down easily, I haven´t use Loadestar

OK just used lodestar and vtol in the same game in demolition on nuketown my 3rd time using both at same time and from my own experiences the lodestar is superior to the vtol.I had 15 lodestar kills vs 8 vtol kills as the lodestar circles the map so you can attack house campers at all angels the vtol I kept trying to move it but it would only move too two spots,Directly behind their spawn and than where the second car is overshadowing B.Also the rocket pods take a little too long to recharge vs the lodestar even thou you get 6 rockets vs the lodestars 1 you have to wait too long ot re use them(Im aware of the mini gun and I never stop that from firing)

I love the Lodestar, hard to shoot down and it's a reaper on steroids!
