[PS3] I can not sprint, throw a grenade or toss a flashbang! HELP!

I have just recently got Black Ops 2 for my PS3. It all started well on Online. But all of a sudden I can only walk but can not sprint. When I throw a Semtex it just gets stuck into that position and i can still move around but only can see the cross-hairs for throwing the Semtex. When I press start the Semtex then throws. This also happens with flash bangs. It has gone back to normal only once for a few hours, but now its back! Can you guys please help me? & is there anyone else with this issue?

Check your controller buttons, or probably is the Beta Ops 2., If so you will have to wait.

1)Go into options and change your button layout to anything, then change it back to what you had and resume playing.
Did it fix it? No? Go to step 2
2) Restart Black Ops 2
3) Profit
