"Your online stats have been reset"

I am now level one, no prestige. I have done nothing against any terms of conditions, no boosting, modifying or hacking. I had just hit prestige 2, with 1D 3H Played.

The only thing that I still have is that the leader boards shows my total score, including before I was "reset".

I know that it wasn't a prestige award fresh start, as if you do this, you are given a title, which I do not have.

I am in need of some help of what direction I should take the next step in. Any help appreciated!

Damn that really sucks dude, you could try calling Activision but they don't really care for helping people with that kind of stuff.

I'll try with the Activision chat customer support tomorrow when they are back online for the day.
