Game is made for 18+ people, I say anyone under the age of 12 should not have any CoD game. They are not really that gruesome but its the rating they are given, a parent obviously knows this as they have to buy their child the game, its not something they can overlook.

If they allow them to have the game and see 18+ rated things, then they are to blame. Yes these emblems are shit and really immature, but it is going to happen, Treyarch knew it would happen, you give someone a chance to be immature and they will take it.

My thoughts really are, I see no issue really, unless you are under 12 then 1. GTFO and 2. you're parents are stupid.

That said if I were in charge I'd implement a punishment system. Punishment would be loss of emblem creation for 1 week per warning. After 3 warnings the loss time starts being 1 month per offense. I would think that would clear out all gross emblems very fast.

No, It stupidity. If you can't look at an emblem without getting offended you shouldn't be playing a MATURE game.

Racist ones should be removed. Its a game not a platform to spread hate. With regard to penises kids draw them at school on their books etc. Who cares if someone makes a cartoon penis anyway.

I'm pretty sure it's mostly kids with the immature emblems, haha. If you're really offended just report them. I remember in BO a few of my friends got banned from emblem creator for making penis emblems.
