I get banned on BO2 multiplayer for 7 days but in my CoD Elite I have all stats and there are not reset, why?

Depends what you were banned for. If you were banned for something like offensive emblem then there is no reason for them to reset your stats.

Where can i read the reason that i am banned?

Nowhere. Activision do not discuss bans "because it's not us that deals with them" and Treyarch are pretty much uncontactable other than tweeting David Vonderhaar
