The first problem I notice with the K9 is people quit right away as soon as its called it thus activating host migration.I;ve "lost" about 3 k9 unites due to "lost connection to host"

The second problem with the K9 unit is that the dogs are pretty easy to kill.When I called one it they only got 3 kills and I kept hearing my poor puppies yelping ;(.

The third problem is that even if they the team stays and most the dogs live they dont get that many kills opposed to other high killstreaks before them(lodestar and agr)

And the fourth problem is that because the time it takes to earn a K9(I use AGR LODESTAR K9) the game is just about to end.Because most agrs last about a minute(I always control it) lodestar is 45 second and than k9 is like a minute.Ive lost over half my k9 because the game is ending

Now I like the K9 unit because of the fear factor that it causes once its called it thus making taking objectives easy but I notice for it being so high its not super powerfull but way better than the swarm

SO can anyone who called in a few k9 units post some information on them please and how many kills you average with them.

if the game is ending as you use your 1st set of killstreaks u need to start running around lmao

lol nope every single time i run around ether i get shotgunned quick scopped or hunter killed plus it still takes the same time to get the k9 because you have to control the agr and lodestar(and if you dont op for controlling agr you will get 5 kills vs 21)

Yeah AGR is decent in auto but BEAST when you manually control it. Seems like Swarm is better since their only chance is to run inside and if you have a decent team they can flush them out of hiding.

ile tell you something they are amazing, get them! i started using them just at the start of prestige 10, i get them all the time and each 1 i call in they get like 15+ kills they are sick.

Here's my advice. I've just prestiged yesterday and I perma-unlocked dogs for it. I run dogs and swarm together and I'll be honest, they don't get as many kills as they should. But I use them because when people hide from my swarm, the dogs flush them out and it's just a continuous train. The main reason I use them though, is because you get to rush while they are out. I hate using killstreaks where you have to control them, I like running around and building another streak.

I would unlock the swarm first if I were you, it gets a lot more kills just for an extra 200 score, it's well worth it

I think it depends on the map. For open maps Swarm is the best choice, but for small close-quarter maps dogs rape.

I only recently started going for the highest scorestreaks and use orbital vsat, dogs, and swarm. The thing I love about it is that the dog and swarm kills will then contribute towards getting another orbital vsat! making it easier to get the scorestreaks again.

The huge problem with this though is that as soon as you call them in half the team rage quit and leave!
I was going for the nuclear challenge (30 gunstreak) and I was on 27, and there was only 3 of their team left for the last 4 mins of the game

People rage quit a lot, especially when you call in these killstreaks.
However if you get lucky then they are certainly worth using.

I went 58 - 1 with this combination, and it could have been a hell of a lot more if we weren't triple capping them and they had half a team.
