I had this happen the other day. Happened on the map with the construction building.

Threw down a package behind the construction building and it ended up bouncing off into the water a ways away.

It's a glitch. Vahn said their going to patch it in the next TU.

They kind of already fixed it if I remember right but as we can see not good enough they are still bouncing just not as bad as they were before.

happened to me twice. The carepackage just bounce off the map
