I'm pretty sure, its a proiduct on Playstation store and you download the packs through the Pass noit the store.

Yes, you can share the map packs from the season dlc pass. The map pack downloads will be seperate, and will be released at seperate dates. You download 1 map pack at a time. Then your other account downloads 1 map pack at a time. Then once others come out, repeat.
