Sharpshooter > Hardpoint > Domination
Pay attention to your medals which give you the most aftergame XP and get those specifically. Example Dom B Flag at the beginning of the game is extra 500 aftergame xp. So grab that twice a game at halftime in DOM

i heard hardpoint is best if you are good at it. there are "xp lobbies" but i dont recommend that unless you dont care

Sharpshooter is the highest SPM provided that you have most guns unlocked, for challenges etc. Otherwise the fastest gamemodes are KC and Hardpoint.

Sharpshooter. I get about 10k XP a game, 5 minute games AND I win every time (Top 3). So it levels me up, levels my guns up, increases my W/L ratio, increases my K/D, however your SPM does go down a little bit (went from 410 to 395)
