Every game I get spammed by this shit as noobs just camp and head glitch all the time. Also with that being said the lag/hit detection playing a part the Lighting Strike is announced after its hit.

There is no counter to it and its more powerful then a Sentry Gun so I think it should be placed after the Sentry Gun and war machine.

I think lightning strike should be passed the sentry because its almost similar as the precision airstrike from mw2/mw3 and that was higher then the sentry gun. Also the sentryies and guardians are easily taken out with pda, the lightning strike can only be countered with emp

Lightning Strike:

Stealthly, don't know where its going to hit
Announced late
Sometimes you can get killed when in the building.
Trophy system doesn't help.
Can't be shot down.
If used properly can you triples.multis.

Now heres the sentry counters:

Counters:

PDA
Engineer
Appears as a minimap icon when firing
Smoke Grenade
Emp grenade
Emp Scorestreak
Or just shoot it.

Also I think that the Death Machine should be before the Hellstorm as honestly its not even worth getting.

In my opinion the death machine has many flaws. The first being that it has a delay when you hit the shoot trigger. Second being that it limits your mobility whether thats running or swinging/turning to kill a enemy. Next, as soon as you shoot with a death machine you appear as a red dot and 90% of the time you get killed straight after getting 1/2 kills. Lastly due to the lag alot of the bullets go to waste as they don't register. Also with this streak your forced to use fast hands as its slow when taking it out.

Lastly I think that the VTOL should be before the Lodester.
