I'm nearly 8th prestige, which is where I want to stop (best looking emblem IMO) and I just clued in to something, I won't be able to work on all my guns, because minus my permanent unlocks, I would need 70+ tokens. Do I need to be prestige master to be able to use/work on everything, or is there a way for me to use all my weapons and or exchange tokens (I can only refund once)?

If I need to be prestige master to use everything, that's pretty lame, and tbf, I don't feel like being called an unlegit glitcher/hacker because of my prestige.
