So basicly when you have to wait for a patch blame MS and maybe SONY (depending if the charge or not, no one knows) because they charge to release the updates this is the same thing that prevents indie games from being patched and fixed cause they carn't afford it.

Microsoft's patches are $40,000, not $10,000. But ya it's probably more of an issue for indie developers then it is for Activision anyways. And it's probably why they use hot fixes more then actual patches all the time too.

Also being able to afford something doesn't mean you WANT to pay. Companies are about profit and the more extra money they have to spend could cost someone their job in a layoff.
