^^^I mentioned the VSAT + EMP combo over a month ago. And actually I mentioned it in your "getting swarms is easy" thread. Once you get the EMP you don't even need to kill the enemy "4-5" times since you can just sit back and let teammates kill them and if an enemy is close enough to you then you can kill them but you don't have to. Also if you get 3+ kills after your VSAT is up you have a good chance of getting Swarm anyway.
Again if someone is capable of earning a VSAT as his 1st or 2nd streak then they can probably earn a Swarm. However, a setup by itself isn't going to give someone the necessary tools to actually get the kills, avoid deaths, campers, etc. I'd say the VSAT+ Dog+ Swarm combo is actually a tad better. It's technically not easier since unlike the EMP combo you have to actually get about 3 or 4 kills to get Dogs but this setup resets itself easier and yields a shitload more kills. The Swarm and Dogs can easily get you 12 kills on it's worst day.

I would try to get as many objectives as I could, before sitting and playing defensively, makes it easier.
I would never outright camp, and move around the outside of the map straight away.
Yeah but definitely depends on the situation, map and flag. For instance the B flag on Raid is super easy to get whereas on something like Drone it's difficult depending on which side you spawn on.
So if I'm maybe 100 points off a VSAT I would either put on my Flak Jacket/smoke class and capture B assuming I have teammates helping and more importantly covering me with fire while I capture it.
However, if I see my teammates aren't helping I would just rather get two defends which is basically the same as capturing B, get the VSAT and then capture the base and we all win. So definitely want to be objective but not dumb. I'm not going to ignore an objective to get a UAV, but if I am legit maybe 50-150 away from a VSAT I am not going to lose my streak when in 6 more seconds I can get my VSAT and then capture the flag anyway. You're smart enough to know judgement calls but not sure others do. I see guys running RC Cars or who are already like 10-17 ignoring the objectives. In COD everyone's life isn't equally valuable lol.
