Post: What really needs to be nerfed and buffed on BO2

I see people complaining all the time about things being way to powerful but they're the people that just suck at the game. The game is very balanced except for the exception of a couple of things.

The EMP grenade: Its meant to take out small killstreaks, so don't complain about your sentry gun, gaurdian being EMP'd run high killstreaks, and you won't have to be worried about them being taken out as easily.

Now what needs to be nerfed about the EMP grenade is the lasting affects it has on the hud.. its lasts way too long. I find EMP grenades being more devastating then shocks, flashes, and concussions. They aren't meant to replace stuns but now people use them as flashbangs simply because it lasts a very long time on the enemy's hud and in the long run does more damage because players rely on their radar too much. Specially for those like me who run high killstreaks then getting EMP'd and anware of enemies near you I often die when Im a kill or two off from a high streak.

The infamous target finder: Gives shitty players a better advantage not to mention everyone having them on their LMG's and just sitting back and taking out the whole enemy team. Don't get me wrong thats what LMG's are for but the target finder makes LMG's even more powerful. My suggestion would be to not put the dot right on the enemy but close to them or slightly on them so you can actually be aware that they are there but not be as accurate while shooting them. So in all it lives up to its name and helps you find them and giving you slight advantage but not having the dot right on them.

Shotguns: They're perfect the way they are. In real life you don't get "hitmarkers" with shotguns. They are how they are suppose to be, deadly up close, shitty at a distance.

Ballista: The only sniper that could use some more damage, but nonetheless I see people time to time doing very good with it.

SMG's: They're perfect the way they are, and the last nerf was enough. They don't need to be nerfed anymore.

AR's: They're perfect the way they are aswell, people complain about SMG's being more powerful then AR's which is not true but the reason is its simply treyarchs fault for making the maps so small giving SMG's the advantage.

Everything is fine imo, nothing should be nerfed.. however I think EMP grenades should have less wall penetration.

On the buff side.. they should really fix Awareness and Dead Silence (w/e it's called) because they do absolutely nothing and it's quite ridiculous to have two perks that do nothing at all.
Oh and they should fix headglitching, I don't mind when it happens from time to time but some people really abuse it (I doubt they can easily fix it though).

Nerf the radius of the EMP Grenades. I hate that you can throw them all over the map and it will TAKE OUT EVERYTHING and ANYTHING even through WALLS!!! For example...put a Tactical Insertion in the upper stairs room of the Brown House in STANDOFF and have someone through a EMP Grenade downstairs or in front of the house and it will TAKE OUT the TACTICAL insertion.....that's BS!!! Wasn't even close to my Tac and it takes it out. That's why it should be NERF'Awesome face because you have a TEAM of NEWBIES that will through those EMP Gerandes all over the map and it will take out everything. TOO POWERFUL.

If they need to BUFF anything up it's that stupid EXECUTIONER!!! That gun is a complete JOKE. HOW the HELL can I get 4 HIT MARKERS on someone in HARDCORE and they still DON'T Die. WHAT A JOKE!!!! I can't wait to get done with this pistol. Once it's DONE EVERYTHING is DIAMOND!!!!

The EMP grenades' only issue is how long it lasts. The radius, etc doesn't matter since it only really affects Guardiansbamd Sentry guns. Most people just throw them in the air amd pray anyways. So reducing duration would help the most.

Bouncing Betties have 4 methods to counter. Flak Jacket, EMP nade, Engineer or simply having quick enough reflexes to go prone.

Totally forgot about sound perks being virtually worthless. They should buff them. However then you'll have people crying about sound whoring. They'll mask their crying by saying "camping" sound whores. Head glitching is something that we just gotta deal with sadly. Removing head glitch spots also removes cover. Shoot behind cover is a fine line of head glitching.

Hard Wired needs a buff , nobody uses it so blocking EMP nades would make more people use it. That perk is pretty much situational which makes it hard to fix.
Target finder is fine , I think it pointless apart from on the longer range ARs so SMR/FAL. Due to how most people play the game not worth using it.
Shotguns need to fix the hipspread , the spread when moving and spread overall. Give shoguns a sprint boost and no ADS penalty.
ARs maybe tone down the xp needed to unlock stuff.
Awareness and Dead Silence they need to make clear what they do.
Also increase the footsteps in this game.

I would like to see a light LMG buff. They should have less overall recoil for the movement speed and reload time you give up to use them.

Target finder is a gun sight, don't start nerfing the damn gun sights now, Treyarch. It's essentially a big holographic sight combined with marksman pro, it takes up all of your peripheral vision too.

870 OHK range needs the slightest bit of tweaking.

EMP timer needs to be cut by 2/3rds, making it really an equipment-only grenade. You shouldn't get a dual-purpose stun grenade by using EMPs. I'm fine with tun/flash/shock timers because I run tactical mask on near every class now.

Either tone down the damage on the Hunter Killer or improve flak jacket resistance to them, I've been taken off a high streak too many times by this stupid thing. Don't let it fly around the map so long, just do something.

for me it should be betty booper coz it explode even i duck down or i was further away from it
