Xbox got it a few days after the update so I am guessing we are getting it after a few days! Because they also added the leaderboard and why would they add the leaderboard if they are gonna release it after a month?
Also when you go on zombies and press public match you will see "new" on bus depot. These are the same symptoms that happened on xbox so my thought is that PS3 will get it after a few days.

Hopefully you are right , but i think it will be late February since every dlc release ps3 has gotten in 1 month late, maybe the changed it to a week or so late this time ( hopefully).

It will not be released any earlier than the end of February, because Microsoft has a signed contract with Activision, allowing Xbox players to get any DLC at least a month early.

So do season pass holders on PS3 get it on 28th FEB but everyone else gets it March.

This is because Vahn tweeted saying they try to get updates onto both consoles at the same time, doesn't affect dlc release date.
You will still be waiting a month for the DLC.
