I think you should deactive all ps3's on ur account.

As SiLLiKaLaX said above me, deactivate all your PlayStation 3 systems that are activated. You do realise that deactivating your PlayStation 3 and letting your friend activate his in yours place is effectively giving up your season pass as you wouldn't be able to use it then? (Unless you have two PlayStation 3's).
