Post: Revolution Map Pack Release Date Announced! [PS3/PC]

As expected, the revolution map pack for ps3/pc has been announced. It is going to be released on 28th of February 2013.

A post on Call of Duty's community Web site confirms the launch date for the PS3/PC version of the DLC and also listed a description of the maps available:
Mirage - A town in Mongolia's Gobi Desert, in the aftermath of a sandstorm with sand dunes scattered in between buildings with one structure directly in the center; perfect for sniping and creeping up on enemy players.
Downhill - A ski lodge in the French Alps with both an accessible interior and working Ski Lift for transport up the mountain for the perfect cover (or death trap).
Hydro - This large map - in a Pakistani hydro-electric facility - is perfect for long distance killing and with working flood gates to block paths/take our enemies, could be the best map in the DLC.
Skate - A radically new map set in Venice Beach, California. The map transports players to the historic birthplace of skateboarding, where they will have to learn to use ramps and half-pipes for cover.
Die Rise - A new Zombies map set atop buildings that are literally falling apart

Where did you here that from the ps3 map pack is coming out on Feb 28.
BTW I agree with you i think it is gonna coe out on 28th cuz psn update yhere store every Tuesdays and Treyarch said next week there gonna Announce When it coming out so on monday there gonna announced it and the next day psn updates theres psn store so i think it wont be coming out until 28th

Well it says on the source provided that it got posted on call od duty community forums and i think someone from the treyarch team confirmed it.

Everyone will be be able to pick it up if somebody that has it died even those who don't have the DLC. However they wont be able to customize the gun, create a load-out and the stats for killing people with it wont count.
