It's most likely fake.
They wouldn't have used the exact same layout for the next poster. They wouldn't have missed out the new gun name. But Ofcourse whoever took the picture couldn't think of a decent gun name so left it out.

The zombie map looks like aftermath, with a L4D hand on it.
