I have a question about multiplayer stats being reset. Firstly, yes my stats were reset. I don't mind that but it seems to have done more than simply reset my multiplayer stats back to zero. My K/D and W/L were set to 0.00 and I thought they would be like that permanently. The reason I thought they'd stay like that is because after hours and hours of gameplay they were both still at 0.00 and showed no signs of moving at all. However, I'm almost ready to prestige and I've noticed that the K/D and W/L is now changing. The change is minimal, both K/D and W/L are up to 0.02. So the stats aren't permanently locked, and they weren't reset either, I was given very negative stats to start with. So, I though I might fully reset my stats again rather than prestige to see what happens.
The question is, if I reset myself will the stats go back to true zero or will I carry the negative penalty with me beyond that?

The wont tell me why I was banned or reset. I contacted Activision and they said they don't deal with Bans or Resets. You can't get in contact with the People who do so if you're banned and reset rightly or wrongly there's very little you can do. I was handed a 7 day ban but kept playing anyway which is maybe why they banned me. It was on the 6th day of the ban that I was reset. I contacted Activision and they said the ban and reset happened at the same time but it didn't. The then sent me some generic answer about me being reset due to a ban. I got bored of it and stopped contacting them.

They may as well just hand out a permanent ban if this is the case. I'm on the PS3 and I can open up a new account for free. I was willing to stick with the account I have but I don't see the point if they're just going to fuck up my stats like this.

I feel your pain. Ive been there right, wrong, or indifferent if they ban you theres really nothing you can do. However when they perma ban you it bans your console not just your psn account so even with a new account you will still be banned online bc its done through system/ip/ serial codes with activision and sony. You must have glitched. Hacked. Boosted or cheated the game through xp. Prestige swaps. Or just played in a lobby with ppl doing so and you were guilty by association. Psn oppie0
