The second map pack for black ops 2 has been found in the call of duty website coding as well as details of the map pack being revealed by an xbox live theme for the DLC.

The theme was called Uprising, which also matched the name below and its description included this:

“Download the epic Call of Duty: Black Ops II Uprising Theme, featuring Studio, Vertigo and the Mob of the Dead, Treyarch’s most terrifying Zombies experience to date.”

The new zombie map will supposedly be called Mob of the dead, maybe related to call of the dead? who knows!
The theme will also include images from what we are assuming are 2 multiplayer maps, Vertigo and Studio.
Since this is a theme there was no mention of the gun, so we will have to wait for more info on that.

The next map pack will be supposedly be titled Uprising as seen below.

At least this puts all other rumoured map packs to rest, including the horribly made up "Siege" map pack.

We should hear official details about map pack 2 / uprising shortly.

How are you guys enjoying map pack 1?

Can't wait! I really liked the first map pack. I hope they add interactive stuff in them like the garage from black ops 1.

Meh, I think Grind and Mirage are good and intense Domination game mode maps. Hydro is sort of lame yet by far the easiest map out of DLC to navigate, rush or spawn trap on. Downhill is just a fail to me. I sort of enjoyed Black Ops 1 DLC packs so Black Ops 2 DLCs have plenty of time to improve.

I also think maybe I played the game way too much in the beginning because now I'm just going through the motions especially when map packs come out.

I may get hate for this but IF they added a new weapon in this or any future DLC I hope it's the AUG or FAMAS :fyea: because let's face it those were hybrids. Assault Rifles that acted more like SMGs.

Hopefully the maps arent as disappointing as the first DLC. way too big of maps, no fun to that.ill spawn,take 30seconds to get to the other spawn, and die, or flip spawns and i have to go back

Too big!? Seriously bo2 dlc has some of the smallest maps in the cod series. Hydro. Tiny. Mirage, grind and downhill are very small as well unless your running the ouside perimeter they are all basically one building with a wide open circle track around them. I miss maps like mw2, there was a wide variety from rust to derail. Now those were maps.
