I like the extended mag for the Skorpion, simply because it's so inaccurate that after 1 person I've ran through the whole clip...and if there is another enemy nearby I'm forced to swap to my pistol. It just dumps through the standard clip too fast imo. Long barrel I feel is trying to make the Skorpion something it isn't, since it's only increasing the range marginally. Who cares about range when using the Skorpion? It's a cqc weapon, that's a wasted attachment imo. My favorite setup for Skorpion:
Perk 1 Lightweight (as if that ever changes for me)
Perk 2 Scavenger
Perk 3 Fast Hands
Skorpion with extended mag, laser, silencer

Now granted... I'm not very skilled at the game and there are better setups FOR SURE but this suits my style best because I'm inaccurate as fuck and this is geared the most towards helping my aim.
I always think Lightweight is a wasted perk considering how much better Flak Jacket is and if you're already using suppressor then Ghost would really be helping especially with a close range weapon like Skorpion. Even Hardline is better(if you use Stealth Chopper or higher). Shotguns would be the only thing I'd equip Lightweight on since it's predicated on getting to the enemy asap but people seem to like Lightweight even though SMG speed is fast enough and the maps aren't huge but hey to each it's own.
I really think primary gunfighter is a waste unless you don't use lethal grenades or multiple perks at all. Laser sight is nice but it's not necessary for hip firing and often it will make you focus on hip firing in situations where ADSing or a combination of both would've been better. Extended Mags is excellent choice for Skorpion because of fire rate and the reload isn't slow like on an MSMC or PDW so it works.
I really don't get the point of shock charges if you're using an SMG. It would be good for SND or something but honestly an EMP nade(as annoying is it is) takes a dump on a shock charge. EMP nades destory things, work through walls and you get way more scorestreak points for it. Shock charge is honestly better for camping or cutting down a pathway if you're capturing a flag but even then a concussion could even stop people in their path IF they don't have Tac Mask.
Lastly if you're using a pistol secondary you don't need Fast Hands since pistols pull out quickly anyway unless you throw back grenades or are a C4 throwing master.
