Don't force the issue. Too many people go for challenges and forget about the actual game. If you're on Hijacked or a small map put the sniper up. Try to find a decent(but not obvious) spot on Turbine, Drone, Overflow or Raid and there you go. I don't use Snipers often but they are very easy to use in this game. Probably the easiest game to use them, just not all that easy to be successful because of the map sizes. What you should do is post up, get 2, maybe 3 kills in one area, and then bounce to the next area and snipe.

Don't be stupid and try quick scoping and don't just sit in the back of the map scoped in. Playing with a team will help you as well.

If using the DSR use a silencer theres almost no penalty for it. Same for the svu as.

play nuketown and camp down in the long ally you will probably get 1-2 bloodthursty in a game thats what i did
you just have to do the instant shoot right when you see someone just shoot towards him 'works really well

Play Ground War

Just get 5 Kills without any deaths.

In theory Dual band and smoke should be useful.
Yet to use the snipers don't know any tips on keeping alive good luck.
