This time round instead of More Cameos, Titles and Classes
A Gun Micro - Transaction ...I mean it is possible as we've seen and people will buy it to try something new out
But along with this do you think Call of Duty will be following the path of BATTLEFIELD!?

Black Ops 2 Uprising is set to arrive next week. The DLC will feature the now standard four multiplayer maps and zombies map, but some Call of Duty fans had been holding out hope for more weapon DLC. Treyarch has confirmed that the Peacekeeper DLC that fans saw in the first Black Ops 2 DLC pack was a “One and Done Deal”.

Treyarch’s official Twitter account told followers asking about Weapon DLC in Uprising: “Alas, not for Uprising… that was a one/done deal for Revolution.”

The developer didn’t issue any clarification as to why future DLC wouldn’t see any additional weapons, but it’s likely that Treyarch has found a good balance for the popular online shooter. Black Ops II Uprising is slated to release exclusively on the Xbox 360 on April 16th.

I wonder why they said no. No one seems to know.

I guess it was too successful, which is ridiculous. People pissed and moaned about QS'ing and 3arc put it in, despite extreme opposition to it, yet even with overwhelming majority demand from the community we can't have any more guns.

3Arc knows that we know there are two more locked guns on the disc.
from the videos i have seen ,it would seem that peacekeeper was intentionally a DLC gun , it was a regular gun which was to be sold with the game but since they already had too many smgs the decided to release it as dlc bonus.Even if they wanted to add dlc guns now , they can't since you need to do some coding before the game is released.

As for the people saying 3rach is after money , ofcourse they are. They are a business , although a greedy business company (thats forsure) but still business.I wish they would release free old maps like they did with terminal often for cod but it is doubtful.
