MSMC has a slow reload and a relatively small clip size. Fast Mag is better for MSMC because having 30 bullets and a quicker reload time beats 10 extra bullets(40) with a long reload time. Especially since a lot of players reload after every kill whether that takes 4 bullets or 12. A gun like MP7, Skorpion and maybe even Chicom benefit from Extended Mags since the reload times are not too bad.
As far as classes, I'd suggest NEVER using Primary Gunfighter because I honestly don't see any gun needing 3 attachments. Especially when you replace gunfighter with either an additional 1st, 2nd or 3rd perk. Quickdraw isn't really necessary on an SMG especially if you're using Dexterity because you'll probably have more instances where you want to pull your gun up to hipfire/dropshot more than needing to ADS quicker. Quickdraw is really only necessary on LMGs and maybe some Assault Rifles.
Best 1st perk combos would be Flak Jacket/Ghost or Ghost/Hardline since Hardline will make those higher streaks easier to use. Best 2nd tier combos would be Toughness and Scavenger. Best 3rd tier combo is Dexterity and Tactical Mask. I also highly recommend Tac Mask when playing modes like Domination because people like to just throw flash/concussion nades as well as shock charges to camp or hold down spot. It's also very important to have at least one class with Hard Wired to combat the increasing number of people who just throw EMP nades randomly.
Scavenger is good to replenish not only ammo but those great C4s or even EMP nades. As far as streaks a very good player would probably use higher streaks than VSAT until they get tired of calling in K9, Swarms, Lodestars. Most people who can get high streaks generally know their limitations. A very consistent Streak setup would be Lightning Strike, Stealth and Escort Drone or CUAV, Lightning Strike, VSAT.
I like to give my opinions but also be practical and not expect everyone to be at my exact skill level whether good or bad. I think FAL is awesome and so is Skorpion but it takes a certain skillset and mentality to excel at those weapons. A class you'd have to be asleep to not do decent with would be:
MSMC with Fast Mag + Silencer or just one of those.
Ghost and Flak Jacket(so you can run in and out of spawns, use Hardline if you're using streaks higher than VSAT)
Toughness and/or Scavenger.
Tactical Mask, Engineer or Dexterity(I personally think Tac Mask saves me way more often than Dexterity does. It's easy to go from using Dex to not using, but it feels totally weird going from being unstoppable vs tac nades to being slowed down)
C4 and/or EMP nade since although EMP nade is almost nooby at this point, you can't deny it's effectiveness. So use Perk greed in place Gunfighter at all times. Unless you were maybe using FAL with Red Dot, Stock and Suppressor. This class allows you to rush enemy spawns and take advantage of "the easy weapon SMG" and actually push the pace. It also allows you to aggressively take and defend objectives without worrying too much about people just chucking nades and praying like 80% COD players do.
Streaks would depend on your skill level, game mode and how much you smartly play the objectives. ie making sure to get as many capture/defense kills as possible. I once got K9 with FIVE actual gun kills. So just because a streak is high doesn't mean you can't get it if you're decent and know how to work the point system.

For this reason the thread is pretty basic and does not give any bad players tips or insight into the game. In that respect it awful as you fail to understand your audience.
Metagame in competitive is different to public matchs part of the reason why different setups are used.
Extended Clip has been nerfed hard this game, the bonus of clip size is less compared to past games. On top of the slower reload as a result which is 10%. Bonus ammo has a downside to which was you get more starting ammo as a start. Which means you don't get a real bonus as your given it as the starters.
Some guns are worth using it with

MP7
PDW
TAC45
KAP 40
B23R
Increase in reload speed does not hurt the guns and the starting ammo is a bonus.
Fast mags no downside it better to use it as a result.
Sorry if you think I'm being a dick just giving feedback. Two weapons you have picked are top weapons without a doubt.
If the OP had put the same kind of effort in as these two posts have, the thread might have been half decent.
Any person can post their favourite two classes, but that sure doesn't give me any tips. I don't play the game much tbh, but reading these post has just given me a fair bit of information which I would consider more as a tip.
RTS, always puts good input in.
