I think it's a problem with your game, I would just get a new one if it is the disc, if not wait till Ghosts comes out.

Sounds like it might be a problem with your disk. Did you try reaching out to PS3 support or activision support?

that seems reasonable. I guess that I assumed he already tried that. Probably my mistake for assuming the obvious.

try go to your nearest video shop, they should be able to clean the disc for you.
