Yeah, its probably NAT, also check if your searching for "Best", just hit triangle or Y while selecting a mode

stay on the game and sign out then sign back in it always works for me

yea you must open your NAT (the problem is with the internet connection you have doesn't allowed all sort of data transfer between you and the game server) so you must check how to change your router NAT type.

there is an option on the router control menu that make 1 of the IPs not restricted with anything. and you must use that ip on you ps3 or ps4 or whatever consol you using
