Treyarch by far has the best Anti-Cheat system. So CFW/DEX PS3's will have a tough time trying not avoid there bans/console bans. Good luck anyways

Modding is not even going to play a huge part in the community for Black Ops 3, at least I think it wont. Treyarch banned like 40 of my accounts from Black Ops 2 lol
