The way to do is it make a Japanese account and go on the psn store and download it (guessing that means a Japanese psn account or cod,not sure). The reason behind this as someone said is in Japan the black ops 3 beta is not private and anyone can download it.again not verified method but worth a try.if it works u can verify on a comment.
(would say site or person I see it from but not familiar with the rules on that sort of thing)
