If someone from the US is willing to go onto my us account and preoder then cancel the preorder of MGSV so that the theme is on my account i will give you a black ops 3 beta code.

Preordering and then canceling the preorder of an item on the psn store doesnt actually take any money off you. The only reason im not doing this myself is because im not from the US.

I dont think you can cancel pre order in the US if you do have an idea i can help you do it
