I pre-ordered mine from "Game" and they don't release till release date

Generally you can sometimes find shops with staff members that don't give a shit, or you can slip them a few extra bucks, and they will break the retail date and sell to you. You either gotta find someone who doesn't know, or doesn't care.

Worst they can say is no. Although don't contact any major retailers because it's just a waste of time. Find some local shop that gets games. You'll have more luck there. I tried it with BO1 but didn't get lucky :(

Some stores ship before the release date other people buy to have it come early.
Simple as that if you know people at local game stores sometimes you can get it pre release by paying little bit extra.

I've heard tale that people paid hundreds to get the game 2-3 weeks early.

My game is dispatched and sent out ready to come but just found out that they wont mail it till 6thNot Happy or Sad
