How to FIX BO3 if getting this error

don't press X after you launched the game, you need to wait 10 sec till the right version of the game is loaded, just check the top right corner of your screen
33.0.0.0 = bad
33.1 something ( don't remember ) = good, now you can press X to start.

Im on blackops3 and i copied the disk on my hardrive and when it gose on maine menu and u look at right top corner it says some numbers and im on 17.0.0.0 and i cant playonline it just comes up saying local and i cant get off it, then when i press start and go to Network on bo3 top it says Not connected to the playstaion TM network but i am , under it it says Not connected to call of duty servers.
And then when i look at network servers says 17.000
