I've been trying for about 2 hours now and still nothing, If it's like any other new games i'm guessing it's the EBOOT.BIN but i'm not 100% sure.

Update your firmware to 4.75 or 4.76. I would also suggest downloading the BLES copy so you don't have to depend on fixes for every update.
