Can anyone explain what's going on?

wait so stats can transfer from ps3 to ps4?, because i saw on twitter that ps3 stats wont transfer to ps4, and even i myself tried it and it didn't work.

they do not dont transfer man .. its very strange I think, especiallly as nobody on ngu didnt post anything..
