I do not think they will do that for BO3.

No accounts can't be transfered from PS3/360 to PS4/One.

I do not find that to be true. If you look up on Google BO3 Account Transfer, you will find many websites saying that it will not be allowed.

Yes i highly doubt they'll make it available for PS3/360 and anyone who says you can do it is lying and just trolling
