You need to go to 4.70+ FW. I may be wrong but I think you have to be above 4.70 not just spoofed to it. I also dont think ITA is able to play BO3.

i fixed the problem, I made a Rebug 4.75.3 NOBD patch, thanks

had same problem downgrade it to 3.55 then go to debug 4.75.1 worked for me go to ps3updat.com downgrader links are there they may even be in ngu but havent seen em

I didn't use a spoof. I made a 4.75.3 rebug D Rex with NOBD patch for PS3's with broken bluray drives. And that's it
