You can either get the Black Ops 3 RESPAWN version or you can try using a Debug EBOOT but the EBOOT might not work :p NPEB has been messing up for the majority of people.

Black Ops 3 Modding section. I think you need 10 or so posts to access it though.

I cant get online too and on ngu i dont find the bo3 modding section, need i 10 posts too to get the acces?
