Yup its 100% CID Ban! i made a new account and still got the message "This console is banned" and i switch my cid with a new one and got back on the bo3 online!
ITS CID ban for sure man.....

There's plenty of threads stating the bans, no need to post to get post count up. And I'm pretty sure they didn't banned your CID from all activision games lol. I'm banned in BO3 and I can still play on BO2 and other activision games
