XR-2: Movement speed decreased by 1.55%
Now the same as every other AR at 95%

ICR-1: Hipspread standing maximum decreased by 7.14%
ICR-1: Hipspread crouching maximum decreased by 8.33

M8A7: Fire time increased from .052 ms to .06 ms, In-burst fire rate decreased from 1153 rpm to 1000 rpm

M8A7: Hipspread crouching minimum increased by 100%
M8A7: Hipspread prone minimum increased by 100%
M8A7: Hipspread crouching maximum increased by 71.43%
