Its just like it sounds. its a duplication.

you must have an account that is Master prestige already.

You must have the account as a profile in your PS4 and you literally copy those stats to a lower or even new account

Look on the glitches section of Black Ops 3, it should be there. If its hard, your best bet would be to buy a service sp someone can do it for you,l. Theres alot of trusted members on the Services Section of BO3
