How do I Fix this?

You can't fix it you must wait till 3arc or Activision does i recently contacted them about this bug Read below

I had a similar issue where opening the ps4 chat to join my friends chats was making black ops 3 crash. I deleted the whole game and reinstalled the game and the new update again and it fixed my issue. When i played destiny I had a another similar issue where it would kick me off the game every 45 mins or so, did the same thing by deleting the whole game and reinstalling both game and new update again and bam issue gone. So try that and see if it works for you guys.
