I have been thinking about whether Treyarch should include quickscoping in thier game. If you may not know Treyarch's staff is against quickscoping. Over in the COD Forums I have found a post by one of the admins named Chefs.
I do quickscope with friends for fun and those sick shots we get. I mean c'mon who doesn't love a good killcam. My problem is when people take it into public matches and don't do anything but fail and die usually. These kids are looking for those great montage shots. What's more important? Getting shots for a video that usually is never going to be big, or helping your team win? They just forget everything. I know that some people are good and don't miss etc etc... but most people, most, don't hit their first shot and if they do they get a hitmarker.

Here is our next subject. Auto-aim and Sleight of Hand Pro. Both of thes two factors have just made quickscoping way to easy. In COD4 and WAW you had to follow your target with your scope. MW2, all you have to do is scope and shoot, usually getting you the kill or hitmarker. I just believe that the skill it takes has been taken away. This is the reason why most little kids do it now. It just aims for you. I believe that these things should be taken out, although we do know that aim-assist is being brought back. The aim-assist will have a on/off switch.
I do not believe that they should take quickscoping out of the game completely, but rather just take Sleight of Hand Pro out. I do very much enjoy it and have come to love it. Tell me what you think guys.

If they somehow disable quickscoping, I will not be purchasing this game.
There's really no reason to do this, and even though this Chefs guy disagrees, it's just a style of play.
I highly doubt they'd do this, but if they do they'll lose a huge base of players.

No, everyone knows that CoD is not realistic in anyway at all. What I'm saying from Treyarch's Point of view, its out of the question to take out snipers. As I said, "Unrealistic"

Ya I just think they should make it harder so we don't get all these little kids that suck completely at it. I enjoy quickscoping. I just hate kids who try it on my team and don't help the team. If you're good at it, be my pleasure. If you suck stay out of public matches. This Chefs guy is the admin on COD.com and talks with the head designer. He mainly quotes opinions of the members Peace.

Truthfully I dont see why Treyarch would do this. Yes there are kids who suck COMPLETELY at it, but there is also people who have WORSE scores than them when they are ACTUALLY trying.

Touche. I just think that it was made too easy in MW2. COD4 was actuallly challenging.

Ok hows about you go to the army, and try and use perks, try it, i have time. Oh wait MW2 is a game anymore realistic and 1 bullet will kill us all, everyone will camp and it will be so ****ing shit!
