Multiplayer has no time period, so anything is possible
-Some are concerned about the Tier Three Perk, Fast Capture. One idea is that in slightly increases the amount of Points you get for a Kill in TDM and FFA. What can be done to make it suitable for all Game Modes, or what can it be replaced with?
-Although the current Deathstreaks are quite passive, and don't grant an unfair boost (Painkiller and Final Stand anyone?), would we rather them only be available for say, the first 30 Ranks?
-A Perk like Cold-Blooded is not needed since there are only three AI Controlled KillStreaks, and a Player can only have one of those in their KillStreak Setup (Like in CoD4 and Co
