This isn't true. If you go play the MW2 campaign you'll notice that there are a lot of weapons with two attachments which was showing the fact that you could get it online, and they wouldn't just allow you to have it online without a downside to it. So they made a perk, and that perk was bling.

i just hope there is no perk like bling i want to be able to fully customize my gun the way i want if i want a silencer with a red dot and a gernade launcher let me in real life i could do it so why not in this game i mean obviously you cant have acog and red dot but if i want extended mags silencer and red dot let it happen even if at a certian prestige you get an extra attachemnt slot from 2 to 3 at like 3rd or 4th prestige i just dont want a retarted perk i hate havin a perk slot wasted i only used bling to get to bling for the points then never put it on
