Here are the confirmed COD7 Black Ops weapons from various sources. The game will certainly feature a variety of different guns, but the rest of them have not yet been revealed. Most weapons will have alternate ammo, which can be changed on the fly.

Everything has been categorized for ease of navigation.

Assault Rifles
Assault Rifles are short, compact, selective-fire weapons with mild recoil characteristics. Assault Rifles are capable of delivering effective long range fire.

Light Machine Guns offer huge magazines and fully automatic fire. They are usually fired from a prone position using a bipod.

Sniper rifles allow the user to deliver precise shots over greater distances than regular weapons.

When I read this "Dragon's Breath - Incendiary ammunition that burns rapidly and causes fires. This basically turns your shotgun into a short range flamethrower." Small passage i mearly jizzed in my pants whilst doing this face =D. nice thread MBO shame I can't +rep anyone when I can your getting 57 rep Happy

I posted a near exact copy of this thread months ago, just without the recent new weapons revealed in the gameplay videos from E3, you really could've just updated that, rather than making a whole new one, but fair enough.

Alright, i saw your thread and like the weapons i see, good job and keep going XD, now i have an idea that Treyarch should really think about, dont flame on me for this but i really think the STG-44/MP-44 should be put into the game and used throughout campaign and Multiplayer online modes, because its a great weapon and has everyone knows ( well i would hope) that the STG-44/ MP-44 is the first Automatic rifle created, being made in 1943 and renamed in 1944, this Aussalt rifle has inspired every other Aussalt rifle created after WWII, EX: the AK-47 was a complete copy of the STG-44/ MP-44 although the Russians denied it, its the truth, the M16 and CAR-15 took place only because of the STG-44/ MP-44, and i would very appreciate if atleast one person gave this weapon some credit, and some form of MG would fit the timeline of the game, maybe a MG-59 or MG-43, because light machine guns are the real action of a war and Treyarch's World ar war did a great job on there weapons especially the LMG"s and HMG"s, THNX
