Pro perks added and extra bit of 'fun' into the game. It was something to work for and encouraged you to use all the perks. It would be good if Treyarch expanded on the idea and made pro perks even better somehow, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Yea pro perks are fine, its 2 effects in one perk slot, all it takes is like 100 kills with it, I hope we get a Commando Pro perk (not for knifing distance) and the stopping power pro for vehicles.
