And i couldnt find the name for most of these, i am sorry.
First prestige - The Australian Active Service medal from Vietnam

Fourth Prestige - I found no name, but info says a Spanish Award? Maybe Russian?

when ur getting board of multi player u just go to zombiez and when u get board of zombiez go to multiplayer
