Do you think this means there will be a perk which lets you have 2 equipment slots.

All of the players that were shown either had a frag grenade or a semtex and either a 2nd equipment type thing or nothing.

It could just be that there's a dpad slot for equipment and you always have grenades like COD4 and W@W.

or you can customize your d-pad settings,
there is alot of customizable things

That second picture looks like a bullet. Maybe there is as you say a second equipment. In the second you get to choose from things like special ammo, the cam, claymores and so on. In the first you get a choice of nades an the like.

Those special equipment could also be in a perk.. maybe a 4th perk slot for eq?
