Hi
So here you can post your Equipment, Perk, and Kill-Streak Ideas for Black Ops 
I will Update this thread with all your ideas for Perks and Equipment.
You will also have a good laugh at them.
Perk Ideas:
1. 1 Ton Giant: upon jumping off a structure, you land with the force of an anvil, killing anyone you land on.(AKASNM)
2. If a noobtuber shoots you you automatticaly teleport behind him to stab him in his mutherfkin back.(zXx-Psycho-xXz)
3. Perk: Cut out: You put up a cardboard cut out of you with a gun facing forward. (could also make look like a clown.(boss10000)
4. WAWTelehportz : A random teleport machine to their spawn appears like in WAW.(-Will™
5. Have a perk to remove the kill cam.(JasperCheyney)
6. Fast Swap: A perk that makes you switch between your weapons faster.(xA316)
7. Mindf*ck: Conceal yourself as the enemy for 10 seconds. You may NOT shoot any weapon use any equipment and killstreak while concealed.
Pro: Appear as friendly on enemy radar during concealment.(M_A_C_R_O)
8. You pull out your spade and dig a big hole for the enemies to fall down, they die by massive impact.(HOST_Lee)
9. Death is Yours: Anybody you kill wil have limited ammo for 1 life.(BOSS_FMJ)
10. Steroids: You Do 2.5x More Damage.(pboy887)
11. OSK: One Shot kill with any sniper.(aZlan)
12. In your ass b*tch!: When a camper kills you 3x times in a row will you spawn behind that f*cking camper and get instant payback.(eBeatYou)
13. Anti-Tube: When a noob tuber does kill you 2x times in a row can you shove a Grenade up in his a$$.(eBeatYou)
14. Fallen Off: Throw any of your body part at your enemy and kill them.(OMFGitsANTHONY)
15. GAY: When a camper kills u 2x u **** him thn donkey punch his ass hard thn shit on his face.(UpNComingRapper)
16. Dack : Lunges at enemy and pulls there pants down , temporarily slow target down BAHAHHAH !(Coooelho)
17. Monkey: Run faster, jump higher ---pro: climb faster (marathon pro+lightweight?)(PuRe_Undefined)
18. Trigger happy: faster fire rate, ---Pro: Aim faster.(PuRe_Undefined)
19. Full Arsenal: Switch weapons faster ---Pro: Switch secondary weapons.(PuRe_Undefined)
19. In the spot: Decrease your recoil by 10% PRO: Decrease your recoil by 40%(Dinis)
20. Chuck Norris: When commandod the knife bounces off and stabs that mothaf*cka in thee fece- Pro: Jesus comes down and helps your team win(Sum Italian)
21. There is perk that makes enemy recoil terrible so if they shoot up they shoot down and so on.(Nick_Buckeyes)
22. Energy Sword: Instantly perform a lunge of upto 10 metres and at the end of the lunge one hit kill the enemy with your knife.(new_egg_edd)
23. Justice : Teleports to boosters and automaticly aims and shoots at their head. Pro: Makes them go minus 1 headshot every time they get killed by some one using Justice Pro.(Schmaxx)
24. Tea Bagger: Makes enemy spectate you for 10 seconds after you kill them, so they can watch you Tea Bag them.(Solo---Shooter)
25. Gun Punch: the man can punch a enemy with the gun. Pro: the man can throw the gun to hit the enemy.(YOCO-MOJOYO)
26. Dig: the man can dig to make a tramp. Pro: the man can dig to make a tramp and hide in it for the enemy cant view or found it.(YOCO-MOJOYO)
27. BITCH SLAPPED - Turns your default melee attack to a SLAP, James Bond Style.(Yanni)

1. Banana Peel: You set the banana peel on the ground and when someone walks over it they fall and die.

3. Paint: Conseal a trap by painting a wall too look like a different corridor (or cover one up!) (AKASNM)
4. Fireworks: so the enemy will watch at it and your killing him in the back.(zXx-Psycho-xXz)
5. You pull out your condom bomb and lay it on the floor for and enemy to walk into they get coved in a flammable white sticky liquid the bomb makes a spark then enemy is lit on fire.(HOST Lee)
6. Throwing Spork : It's a spork, a SpoonFork , getting a GWK with one of them. Oh the lolz(-Will™
7. Acid: You carry around a small canister of acid which you throw in someones eyes thus blinding them (momentarly like a stun or flash) and hurting them at the same time(handmade_hero)
8. Redbull: Gain temporary wings.(M_A_C_R_O)
9. Throwing Tomato(eBeatYou)
10. A puppet that goes over your gun to look like a puppy for example while in prone all they see is the puppy in confusion. They then get there ass handed to them by a puppy.(Tyler1995)
11. Tactical insertion: Change your spawn however when you spawn you blow up.(ImX-SNiPE)
12. M.J.- thro M.J. at a crowd off kids... like a semtex x10(Sum Italian)
13. Mines: when someone put her foot in a mine,booom!!! he die!!(YOCO-MOJOYO)
Kill-Streak Ideas:
1. Kill-Streak: a naked Megan Foxx picture that appears in the enemies spawn....they get dazzled by the picture, and they get stunned.(-IISTUBZII-)
2. 10 - Dynamite: Kills the whole team and spawns them back were they spawned before.(OMFGitsANTHONY)
3. 20- Lube automatically apers from the screen with a holograph of Megan fox naked.(ThereThatGuy)
4. 5- Exposure: enemy team is blinded by a white screen, so you can teabag them then kill them when its over.(PuRe_Undefined)
5. b0n3r (PorkSword): You get a second knife.(FLU33BR)
6. 3 EER (Enemy Equipment Radar) - Shows all enemy equipment.(eBeatYou)
7. 5 Boost Humiliation - Spawn back behind a booster and you can kill them.(eBeatYou)
7. 75 Killstreak - KILLER GOD - You have the ability to fly and have unlimited ammo, health and 1 Shot kill for every bullet, gets 20x exp.(eBeatYou)
8. 75- Tac Douche: "Enemy Douche incoming... ITS OVER!!!"(Sum Italian)
9. ROFL Copter - Rofl copter is distracting the enemies while you can get a ROFL kill by sneak behind the enemies.(eBeatYou)
10. Evolution of the man (24 kills) - the man convert is other man that have super jump,super speed, and unlimited ammo (this kills-treak is for 0:30 seconds)(YOCO-MOJOYO)
11. Invisible man (30 kills) - the man make invisible (this kills-strek is for 0:30 seconds)(YOCO-MOJOYO)

Climbing up the ladder
On a serious note: So josh olin (or whatever his name is, i thinks its josh olin) said that when we first play multiplayer we will be like, "wtf i never saw that coming" and that it will surprise us. Personally, the only way multiplayer can change is if they get rid of perks. So all the stuff you customize your character with will have benefits as well as disadvantages. Therefore, some type of helmet will add to ur health and some type of ammo will increase damage and so on and so forth. this is the only way that i see blackops being a whole new experience. I have seen no evidence of perks so far (eventho we still have a while to go till BO..and if there was evidence, then MY BAD! dont flame im sorry). in mw2, im pretty sure that the first multiplayer trailer showed perks. (regardless of the fact that they were made by different people). So that's what i think the multiplayer will be. There will still be weapon customization and equipment, but instead of perks, mayb it will be this. Im just throwing ideas out there LOL.

If anyone stands still for more then 3 seconds they are evidently camping, therefore a big flashing sign appears above the persons head saying camper so everyone can see them camping there like a camper.
Anti juggernaut:
Anyone with juggernaut on instantly experiences YLOD or RROD

I'm sorry, but i'm not gonna add those, since they aren't really realistic.
