Pretty sure it's some form of UAV how it highlights the red dot on the mini map.

not to sure what you see that makes you think of EMPs:???:

but my guess is the pulse you see on the radar at that moment (1:10) :confused:

my guess would be a new UAV that hovers over targets to reveal them for longer.

I think it is a device you put on the ground and it finds out peoples positions in a certain circle

Maybe its like a ball that you can drop like martydom and it would send out a small UAV pulse in the area you died for like 30 seconds. Since in the prestige edition some one got sniped and droped a small ball.

no i think it is like the things that r in battlefield bad company 2 that the snipers get. ugh i dont remember the name but like that tell if people are walking by. i think thats the most probable explanation.
