And the pictures of Zombies might be the same from WaW maybe because they keeping it Nazi Zombies ? We might never know for sure. But it looks legit to be, because at the bottom it says Call of Duty Black Ops ( Beta 2_"something something" ) Hopefully its a public beta =D

Just because part of the screen is black doesn't mean it's fake. If you have ever tried to record the tv with a REGULAR camera you'll see (sometimes on some TV's) Huge scanlines, which are black. Maybe from the weird angle and low quality pic, it's just a scan line.
AND (just saying) just because it's not specifically from callofduty.com or treyarch doesn't mean it's fake. There's been many leaked pictures before on other things. Just saying.
As for me, who knows. It could be real, I don't think I have seen the image of him head-on before, and everything looks in sync, no out of color images. Looks legit, but it's always good to be skeptical.

Just look at the positions of those angles
Treyard wont make something that u have move ur TV to put the letters the way they have to go (straight) etc...
Also look at the bottom right corner, it seems the image doesnt fit well?
But anways, we just have to wait, and as i said, THERE IS BETA already (so that might be true) now what we dont know, is if they are gonna release it to the public
